Dear teachers and guest, welcome to our ’’An hour of merry competition ’’ lesson. You may sing and dance together with our participants and may support them by clapping.
Let me introduce our juries and invite our teams.
The 1 st part of our competition is Introduction of teams.
The 1 st team is Eagle. An Eagle is the fastest, the strongest, the wisest bird and we want to be
like an eagle.
The 2nd team is Tulpar. Tulpar is the strongest, the cleverest, the most generous animal. We want to be like a tulpar.
The 2 nd part is Baiga. It is the competition for captains.

The 3rd round is Poliglot.

Here I,ll tell you proverbs in English, which last word are missed and your task is to find the missed word and to say it in 3 languages (English, Kazakh, Russian) correctly. For all correct answers you will get 20 points and if 2 -10, for 1-5 points.

Next round is solving the crosswords about continents, countries, capitals.
Next 6 round is guessing the riddles.

І. Organization moment.
Good morning, boys and girls! The theme of the lesson is «Will people live on the Moon?» Children I want you to show your knowledge in using the Future Simple and your ideas about the future life. So, welcome to the future!
II. Warm up.
The poem “Think of the future”
What is the future for me? Funny it,s going to be.
What is the future for you? Your hopes and dreams will come true.
What is the future for us? Without pollution, green grass.
Robots, computers, commuting to the Moon.
Think of the future! Don,t be a fool!
III. Word clustering.
What ideas come to mind when you hear the word ’’future’’? (brainstorming of the students, ideas)

(Life on other planets, clear air, new technology, long life, computers, robots, super cars, clones of people and animals, flights to other planets, …)

T: Now, look at these words and sentences and make up sentences using them.
